Exchanges

Any product bought from mishalakhani.com can be exchanged from the online store only, within 14 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.

Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations.

• We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty.
• We do not exchange jewelry or bags once dispatched unless it has a manufacturing defect.
• No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
